Gift Wrapping Services
Gift Wrapping Services are provided upon request. Therefore, if you would like us to gift-wrap your items, do inform us when placing the order.

Shipping / Delivery
We provide delivery services. Should you need us to send the water globes to your loved ones, do let us know when placing the order.
A one-time delivery charge will be applicable.
Collection Venues:
You can arrange with us to meet us at these venues: Redhill/Tampines/Cityhall!
Or you can self-collect the water globes at our office; 38C Belvedere Close #02-02 Singapore 159883. It is along Tanglin Road and near Red Hill MRT Station. Do give us a call before coming down to ensure there is someone in the office as they may be out for meals and breaks. However do confirm your orders as all stocks are not in the same premise. We regret to inform you that we do not have a showroom of all our products.
Return policies
Returns can be made within 7 days of purchase for a one to one exchange if there is available stock. For pieces that are out-of-stock, you can select a product of the same value for the exchange.
If the product you selected is of lower value, we will leave the balance in your AWW’s credit account for your next purchase.
Returns are subjected to AWW’s assessment of the damage as all products would have been checked before purchase.

During production, miniscule air bubbles may be embedded in the inside figurine at the time water is introduced. Over time and with shipping and handling, these air bubbles release from the figurines and form a single air bubble visible at the top of the globe.
